MJBizCon is coming to the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada on December 11-13, 2019, and Cannabiz Media will be at Booth #4316 give demos of the Cannabiz Media License Database and to help license holders set up their free subscriptions and claim their licenses in the License Database.
Nearly 1,300 exhibitors will have a presence in the MJBizCon expo this year, but it will be easier than ever to find the Cannabiz Media team! Not only will the Cannabiz Media booth be twice as big as it has been at previous MJBizCon events, but also, giant lit towers with the Cannabiz Media logo will be clearly visible when you’re on the expo floor.
A Packed Agenda
This year’s MJBizCon event is expected to draw more than 35,000 attendees from 75+ countries, including more than 1,500 CEOs, 8,000 executive/c-suite level professionals, and 1,250 investors.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Marc Randolph, Netflix co-founder, executive mentor and angel investor. A total of 133 speakers will deliver presentations throughout the event covering topics in 13 categories:

In addition, a variety of add-on programs will take place on December 10th, including the Hemp Industry Daily Forum, a Science Symposium, and a Marijuana Business Crash Course. Each of these add-on programs are ticketed separately.
Networking opportunities will be available during the event for general audiences and niche groups. The MJBizCon networking mixers for (a general mixer and mixers specific to Canada, LATAM, and EMEA) are included with an MJBizCon pass and will be held on December 11th, while the Investor Luncheon, Minorities in Cannabis Luncheon, and Empowering Women in Cannabis Reception are ticketed separately.
This year, MJBizCon in Las Vegas will expand to include a series of events referred to as MJBizCon Week that will include associated events and add-on events that provide additional learning and networking opportunities. These additional events include the MJBizDaily Awards ceremony and networking reception, the Investor Intelligence Conference, and Associations Day. Of these three events, only Associations Day is free for MJBizCon attendees.
The Investor Intelligence Conference will bring together cannabis businesses looking for capital and investors through niche breakout sessions focused on:
- Globalization of cannabis
- Regulatory landscape
- Investing across the value chain
- Socially responsible investing
Associations Day will bring attendees together with various groups working to move the cannabis industry forward. More than 22 associations will be present throughout the day on December 10th for open meetings, association presentations, and a cocktail reception.
