Cannabiz Media is looking for a qualified Developer experienced with Angular2 Development in TypeScript to join our Team. This is a part-time, virtual telecommuting position. Developer will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading an existing Angular2 Application built to run on Google Chrome, Safari, and the latest version of Internet Explorer. Applicant must have experience developing cross browser web applications using TypeScript and Angular2. This application is a Vertical CRM specifically designed for users in the Cannabis Industry. Application should have past experience with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce, Nimble, Pipeline or Hubspot.
Cannabiz is an entirely virtual company, having no physical offices. As such applicants must be able to work independently without direct supervision. Applicant must have his/her own computers and equipment as well as a high-speed connection to the internet. Applicant must be able to test against multiple browsers and check in code using GIT on AWS. Access to multiple machines running different operating systems is also a bonus.

Marijuana industry stakeholders use the Cannabiz Media Alerts and state research reports to easily access and make sense of the industry so they can make informed business, regulatory, and reporting decisions.
Cannabiz Media is seeking a researcher and data analyst to join our Team. This is a part-time, virtual telecommuting position. Graduate Students or someone looking to supplement their income would be ideal since we pay on an hourly basis. In this role, you will be part of a virtual team to collect, fact-check and analyze state licensing information
You must have proven skills to be able to do the following to be considered for this position:
You must have the ability to do the following:
– Collect license and corporate data from primary sources
– Research information from a wide variety of sources, not all of them online
– Review government regulations
– Fact-check legal, regulatory and financial information
– Create charts in Excel based on statistics and data
– Strong academic, research or background in information science
– Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with Excel, Google Apps (Docs and Sheets), Gmail and Chrome
– Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Independent worker, who requires minimal supervision
– Time commitment minimum 20 hours per week.
